What will you do?
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your role will be dynamic and hands-on:
✅ Headhunt top talents within the Salesforce ecosystem across Denmark, Norway, Latvia and Greece
✅ Manage full recruitment cycle from A-Z
✅ Build strong talent pipelines before the need formally arises
✅ Ensure a professional, inclusive and positive candidate experience
Your Profile
We are looking for you who are eager, thrive in a high paced work environment and LOVE working in the intersection of technology and people:
🚀 At least 2 years of experience in a similar Talent Acquisition role
🎓 Preferably experience with Salesforce or from the IT industry
💻 Solid understanding of the consultancy industry
🔥 You approach your work with initiative, ownership and follow-through
📙 Skilled at planning, organizing and seeing the big picture
