As a Student Consultant at Y4, you won’t just shadow, you’ll build, shape, and deliver from day one. Our graduate track is designed for ambitious students, recent grads, or career-switchers who want more than just a line on their CV. You’ll get hands-on experience with real clients, work alongside senior Salesforce experts, and explore how cutting-edge AI and sharp strategic thinking are transforming the consulting landscape.

We're currently hiring across two distinct tracks and welcome you to apply to either (or both, if you’re unsure where you fit yet):

Track 1: Technology & AI

Are you passionate about systems, tools, and how technology can reshape work? In this track, you’ll get exposure to:

• Salesforce configuration and solution building

• AI agent and prompt engineering

• Business process automation

• Internal tooling and product prototyping

• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and AI specialists
  
  

Ideal for: students from tech, engineering, data, or innovation backgrounds who love solving problems with tools and code (no need to be an expert, curiosity and willingness to learn go a long way).

Track 2: Human-Centric Design, Strategy & Analysis

Do you love understanding people, mapping processes, and making things better through insight and structure? In this track, you’ll:

• Lead and support client discovery and research

• Map user journeys and business processes

• Contribute to solution design and user testing

• Learn to define “the right problem”, not just the obvious one

• Work closely with management consultants, designers, and analysts
  
  

Ideal for: students with a business, social science, design, or strategy focus, anyone who wants to use human insight to drive better systems and smarter decisions.

What You’ll Do (Across Tracks)

• Contribute to real client projects from week one

• Receive coaching, feedback, and certifications from Salesforce veterans

• Rotate through AI, advisory, and delivery projects

• Grow fast in a safe, supportive environment
