Architect the Future of Transformation

As a Salesforce Solution Architect at Y4, you’ll lead the charge in shaping modern, multi-cloud Salesforce architectures. You’ll collaborate with senior consultants and enterprise clients to design smart, scalable systems powered by AI and driven by business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading solution design across Sales, Service, Experience - and possibly one or more of Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud, B2B Commerce, Salesforce Voice, Agentforce, Revenue Cloud and Slack,

• Spotting opportunities to improve business processes with smart automation

• Taking full ownership of projects, from discovery through to go-live

• Facilitating workshops, aligning stakeholders, and diving into technical discussions

• Creating clear documentation and ensuring high standards across the board

• Supporting and mentoring developers, and championing strong delivery habits

• Playing an active role in shaping and scaling the Salesforce offering

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience designing Salesforce solutions, ideally across multiple clouds

• A natural leadership style and experience mentoring in agile teams

• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset

• Comfortable using automation tools and thinking about how they fit into the bigger picture

• Salesforce certifications (Application or System Architect would be ideal)

• Fluent in English, bonus points for Norwegian or Danish
