What You'll Do

• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand client needs

• Design and configure Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud)

• Collaborate with developers on integrations and custom features

• Support change management, user adoption, and training

• Monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and recommend ongoing improvements

• Act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting or functional analyst role

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, scalable solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud) are an advantage

• Curious, pragmatic, and customer-first mindset
