As a Business Analyst at Y4, you’ll play a critical role in helping clients uncover the right problems to solve. You’ll define, refine, and map out requirements. Bridging business goals with system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with client teams to understand business goals

• Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable documentation—process maps, user stories, workflows, and specs

• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder interviews to align teams and surface blind spots

• Support project planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery tracking

• Partner with engineers, designers, and product leads to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives

• Contribute to building reusable tools, frameworks, and best practices within the consulting team

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Strategy role, preferably in consulting, tech, or transformation environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and structuring complexity

• Confident communicator with the ability to translate business needs into technical language

• Experienced in agile delivery and familiar with using digital tools to map workflows, manage backlogs, and facilitate collaboration across teams.

• Comfortable working directly with clients, managing expectations, and building trusted relationships
